No — hosting is a separate ongoing cost, typically from R150/month for shared hosting. For the Professional and Executive packages, we handle the hosting setup for you, but the hosting subscription is billed by the provider directly. This keeps your costs transparent and gives you full control.
Starter sites are typically live within 5–7 business days. Professional websites take 1–2 weeks, and Executive packages (with content writing and SEO) take 2–3 weeks. Timelines depend on how quickly you can provide your brand assets and feedback — we move as fast as you do.
We include up to 2 rounds of revisions in each package. We start with a clear brief, so most clients are happy after the first draft. Additional rounds can be arranged at our standard hourly rate if needed.
After the support period, you own the site outright and can maintain it yourself or hire anyone you like. We're always available for ad-hoc updates at our standard hourly rate — but there's no mandatory maintenance contract. Your site, your call.
We require a 50% deposit to start work, with the remaining 50% due on delivery before the site goes live. We accept EFT (South African bank transfer). No hidden fees — the quoted price is the final price.
